Just minding his own business.
From time to time you'll be surprised of what is passing by in front of you. Right before it got dark, a large figure appeared near the river. It was a Lowland tapir busy eating the fresh grass growing offshore.
After eating for a while, the Lowland tapir got a bit thirsty and went gently into the Kabalebo river to quench his thirst.
After drinking for a while the tapir felt that the water was cool enough to take a little swim too.
After being several minutes in the water, he decided that it was enough and crossed over the river to continue his journey.
At first he was hesitating which side to go but in the end he took a right turn.
As the sun went down and nightfall came, this Lowland tapir decided to go inside the dense vegetation too. And all this time he did not notice my presence at all either.
